Clovia Sent Expired Products And Default Garment Quality

I want to complaint against for sending me an expired Revlon shampoo. The product was expired a year back and they still are sending it across customers. Also, two of my t shirts bought were not having tags attached to them. The quality of garment was just not up to the mark. I emailed them about my complaint but have not yet received the response. When i emailed them for return request, they simply sent a link to start the process. I had to message them in social networking platform to request a call back, as even after multiple tries I could not connect to them.
