House of Fraser announces to launches plus size boutique

House of Fraser this week announced the launch of a new dedicated plus size online store for its online shoppers.

It’s the first time the premium department store will offer a destination for women of all ages, in sizes from 14 to 28. The new store, which launches on 3 March, will showcase a range of contemporary womenswear including AX Curve, Anna Scholz, Little Mistress Curvy and Samya. British lifestyle brand Chesca will also be joined by MaxMara brand Marina Rinadli and two new additions to the UK market: Persona and Taking Shape.

Along with fashion lines, the new House of Fraser store will also include hosiery, lingerie and swimwear brands that cater for larger sizes.

“As a reaction to the growing demand for more plus size womenswear, we have created an online boutique that showcases some of the most exciting brands from around the world" Louise Bailey, Womenswear Brand & Concessions Buying Manager said on Tuesday, adding:

"We know our customers are women who want trend led pieces and won’t compromise on style or fit so we have carefully selected an assortment of brands that together create the style conscious woman’s perfect wardrobe.”
