The fashion retailer, which operates 17 stores and 62 concessions, has fallen into administration.
The retailer employs around 350 staff.
Zolfo Cooper has been hired to oversee the administration process. Partner Peter Holder told the Guardian: “Unfortunately, as with many other fashion retailers exposed to declining consumer spend, the deterioration in trading conditions in recent months has led to increased financial pressures on the business." FWM will continue to trade while Zolfo Cooper seeks a buyer.
