Amazon is now preparing to bring shoppers high-end fashion via the same website it already sells millions of books, DVDs and groceries.
In recent months, the e-tailer has focused on signing well-known designers including Michael Kors, Vivienne Westwood, Jack Spade and many others to allow the sale of their goods on the already monolithic website.
Amazon is currently shooting at least 3,000 fashion images per day in a studio using patent-pending technology, according to the New York Times.
The e-tailer will launch their clothing store with a strong marketing campaign – including its first ever advertising campaign.
