Lunmei becomes the first Asian ambassador to celebrate Topshop’s launch in Greater China, at Hong Kong which is opening on June 6th 2013.

British high street fashion brand, Topshop will open a 14,000 square foot flagship in Asia Standard Tower, at Queens Road Central which is at the heart of Hong Kong. The company will offer its best British styles and trends, including delivering over 300 new pieces weekly.

Sir Philip Green, owner of Topshop said "This is a very exciting step in the continued growth of TOPSHOP as a global, yet uniquely British, brand. I am confident that fashion-loving Hong Kong customers will enjoy the retail experience and fantastic products that TOPSHOP offers them."

With the mainline collection, customers will have best ranges from the company including the brand's premium limited edition line and what Topshop is well-known for globally, Unique, a seasonal collection that will be shown at London Fashion Week (LFW).

Topshop's complimentary via appointment Personal Shopping service which is world-renowned will be operated by a dedicated suite. This is where style advice will be offered by experienced personal shoppers.

Sir Philip will be in charge of a host of special activities that will take place on Hong Kong's streets leading up to the launch.

Managing the Topshop business will be LAB Concept, an iconic luxury department store Lane Crawford that opened its fashion destination in Queensway Plaza in 2012. It will provide Topshop space and operational expertise with staff and logistics support.

A Topshop corner will also open later this year in LAB Concept.

President of Lane Crawford, Andrew Keith said "From our own businesses, we've seen the growing demand from customers who want accessibility to fashion and beauty without compromise on design or trend. TOPSHOP is going to give them that and more - an unparalleled experience with cool product and great service in a dynamic environment that makes shopping fun."

Topshop was launched in 1964 and has since become the biggest British fashion authority. Its first flagship store opened at London Oxford Circus and today it attracts more than 200,000 customers on a weekly basis and is well-known to be the world's largest fashion store on the high street. The company also has flagship stores in New York, Chicago and Las Vegas.

Topshop is the only high street brand to show at LFW. The company sponsors New Gen which is a scheme that supports young British designers. It provides them with a platform to showcase their collections and promote them to the international press. Recently celebrating its 10 years of sponsoring New Gen LFW reported early this year that the fashion retailer will extend its support  for 10 more years.
