Luxury fashion and lifestyle group Kering has announced an interim dividend for the financial year 2014.
The group is home to a host of luxury fashion brands, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney and has been in good health recently, with sustained growth and a rise in revenues of 4.4 per cent in the third quarter of the year.
The board of directors at Kering announced a dividend of €1.50 per share for the year, which will be paid on Monday 26 January 2015 on positions at the close of Friday 23 January 2015. Shareholders selling their stock after Thursday 22 January will be entitled to the dividend.
The full balance of the dividend for the financial year 2014 will be put to a vote on 23 April 2015, at the company’s AGM, with directors having decided on the figure on 16 February.
