E-commerce fashion and beauty brand Very.co.uk has just launched a £600,000 bus tour campaign to promote it's beauty line.
The campaign was organised by Posterscope, PSLive, Vizeum and Liveposter, and will visit Birmingham, Leeds and Liverpool during the next two weeks – offering locals free mini-makeovers in a transparent bus which allows for photographs to capture the experience. Brands which will be showcased include Babyliss, Illamasqua, Nails Inc, Max Factor, Murad, Real Techniques and Bourjois, and the site itself is owned by Shop Direct.
The bus will have an Instagram photo booth installed to allow people to share and print photos of their makeovers. They will be encouraged to use the hashtag #VeryBeautyTour and the Twitter handle @VeryNetwork for the chance to win a £1,000 Very beauty bundle. 10,000 godie bands will also be handed out en route. Senior marketing executive at Shop Direct Sophie Parfitt said:
