How did you start modeling?

I was scouted at a tender age of 13 but due to a traditional background with strong emphasis in education. With more freedom in college I started modeling in my early 20s.

What does your career do for you?

Modeling has made me fall in love with fashion and using clothes as a form of self expression and creativity. I love fashion as an artistic outlet and not for the vanity as most people presumed. It fostered my creative side and allowed it to grow into appreciation for paintings, architecture, and photography.

What’s your most memorable shoot?

My most memorable shoot was for a film set production company in Los Angeles. It was amazing the set up with an electrical chair and domes where I was transformed from this good angelic protagonist to a antagonist wearing a leather outfit with blonde hair.

What do you think MODELLIST-ID can do for the model community?

I am already in love with this community and I think it has many great sense to have a community for models to ask each other questions about traveling the world modeling to something as complex as love life.

Who do you admire and would you like to meet?

There are quite a few people I would love to meet Coco Chanel, Mother Theresa, and if I can travel back to past and see the stories of my family.

What’s your favorite book/film/music?

My favorite book would be Les Miserable (before the movie even came out!) it is such an inspiring book about human kindness and second chances. My favourite movie at the moment would be The Darjeeling Limited for its aesthetics, how it’s filmed and because the storylines always reveals a silverlining when you watch it again.

What’s your beauty regime?

A well-balanced life with lots of smiles with family with friends, some wine, and a load of sunscreen!

And what is the one beauty product you can’t live without?

Paula’s Choice Resist Retinol Serum

What are your favorite hang out spots in the city you live in (current location)?

Figaro Bistrot in Los Feliz, it’s the best sidewalk cafe where Europe meets America we have in LA with great happy hours.

What is your favorite city and where do you like to hang out there?

I love London it’s such a fun city to even just to walk around and go crazy with your camera and Instagram!

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?

Do as much research as possible when approached by strangers. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and say NO. There is nothing worth sacrificing your soul and spirit. Family and friends are a priority and keep them very close to your heart and skype!
