Meet Fay Leshner, Topshop Fifth Avenue’s secret weapon. The Parsons grad is a former model who now spends her days as a fashion designer (she racked up hours at Diane von Furstenberg) and an editorial stylist. Personal style: I describe my style as looking like a girl from a proper household who’s run away. My clothing is an eclectic mix of Old World references with contemporary edge. I like to create looks that tell a story and are cinematic.
