Christopher Bates closed the first night of Toronto Men’s Fashion Week with a stylish flourish. His offerings included beautifully cut, masterful threads in camel, khaki, and navy tones, with occasional playful touches (lipstick on the collar, anyone?).
Our fave: pixelated camouflage textiles, for the untamed urbanite. Bates’ collection was pure sex, sophistication pitted against the raw masculinity of his models, including the beautifully bearded Paul Mason, and a rotating cast of cocksure lady killers and regal urban princelings.
