I heard about you a lot where in you protect the rights of consumer and help in getting proper resolution.
I have seen many cases solved in favor of consumers the reason i turned up to you for help.
I bought the moto x play phone from flipkart on cash on delivery basis for rs 16999/ against order no od305897949307047000. I received the handset on 8th may 2016. To my surprise i opened the phone it had signs of usage and i complained to flipkart that i received a used product in stead of brand new. I submitted them pics for the same and they agreed to replace the product.
I received the replacement on 13th may 2016 to my surprise the new hand set i received had again the signs of usage. I raised a complaint immediately of receipt of handset.
the screen guard had bubbles and dust in it.
there were stickers on top of other which generally does not happen in new handset.
the box seal was not intact.
I have submitted the pics of the same to flipkart too. After repeated experience of getting used handset i asked for refund. For which the flipkart has taken my bank details 2 times.
After that flipkart remained mum and kept giving me new deadlines for resolution. After calling them 2 times a day every day and after and numerous mails yesterday i received a mail that my complaint for refund has been rejected by seller.
I feel cheated and look forward for your help.
