My son purchased samsung a5 mobile from flipkart from first day he complaint at customer care and explain his problem. They run all test. Some time they agreed to refund and some time they refused. Now they didn\'t respond him properly and miss guide him. At the time of purchase they commit (Mentioned) 30 days money back policy, flipkart and seller not full fill their commitment. We request all flipkart customer please confirm from flipkart before purchase any item because after sell they are fail to support customer.
Now i think to fill a case against flipkart.
