Refund Of Defective Product Pending For 2 Months

Items delivered for Order No. 13359378 dated 22 July 2014 were returned back on 30 July 2014 as items were defective. Quality department of Infibeam cleared the receipt of items and even Refund of Rs. 579.99 has been approved. But actual refund has not been done yet and for the last two months I see the status - Refund in Progress / Refund still need to be done.
One question arises here is that first the company delivered defective product and the customer suffered unnecessarily. Then after all this when refund has been approved, why company should take months to pay back the money. It is not such a big money that Infibeam has to arrange for some source.
My appeal would be that the money should be refunded without any further delay with a happy note.
